Mr. Akshay Kohojkar
Experience: 45 years
M.Tech (IIT-Bombay), MIE & MISSE
One of the most experienced professionals, Mr. Kohojkar is a Director at Structcon with a rich experience of over 45 years in the field of civil and structural engineering. He has worked across several portfolios, from oil & gas to power, hotels, commercial buildings, flyovers, expressways and airports. Under his leadership, the organisation has prospered and diversified into various domains of civil engineering.Late. Dr. Ajay B Yeri
Experience: 36 years
PhD in Structural Engineering (IIT-Bombay)
Director at Structcon till 2019, he was a strong technocrat with vast experience in the design of industrial, commercial and infrastructural projects. Under his strong leadership and inspirational vision, the organisation flourished and attained greater heights. Unfortunately, SDPL lost Dr. Yeri to a prolonged illness in the year 2019. Since then, Mrs. Anjali Ajay Yeri holds the directorial position.Mr. Vijay L Deshpande

Masters Degree in Structural Engineering (IIT-Bombay)
A veteran in the engineering industry with over 40+ years of experience, Mr. Deshpande is the Founder of Structcon Consultants, later renamed Structcon Designs Pvt. Ltd. As the Technical Director, he has contributed immensely to the growth of the organisation. VLD, as he is commonly known in the bridge fraternity, has tremendous experience in the field of civil & structural engineering, particularly in bridge engineering. In the year 2021, he was also the recipient of the prestigious S.B.Joshi Memorial Award for his excellence in the field of Bridge design.Dr. Avinash S. Joshi

M.Tech & PhD in Structural Engineering
Associate Director at Structcon, is associated actively with bridge design and construction for past 31 years. Presently Member of IRC code committee for foundations and substructures. Has vast experience in creek and river bridges and has worked in several states of India. With his rich experience in design of road, railway bridges and metro works, his contribution is of special significance for growth and future of SDPL.Mr. Aaroha Kohojkar

Mr. Aaroha specializes in offering project management services involving planning, scheduling, estimating, project engineering and construction management and has successfully helped deliver numerous public and private sector development projects in Asia and North America including bridges, highways, metros, airports and transit hubs. With his engineering background and project management insights, Mr. Aaroha acts as the change agent to help the company strengthen its portfolio and seek new avenues to develop and diversify.Mr. Avikshit Ajay Yeri

In his role as a Lead Structural Designer, Mr. Yeri is a budding professional with a cumulative 5+ years of experience in the field of bridge & structural engineering. He has worked on many high-profile bridge design projects as a Lead Engineer and interacted with Senior Peer Review Consultants around the country. This hands-on experience has improved his knowledge and skills, making him proficient in managing large-scale bridge design projects. Under Dr. Yeri’s guidance, and presently with the strong support from Mr. Kohojkar and Mr. Deshpande, Mr. Yeri journeys ahead to create a future-ready organisation that drives business growth.
